What amenities does Ocean Village Club offer?

When you book an Ocean Village Club vacation rental, you’ll enjoy access to endless activities. Club amenities include tennis courts, swimming pools (including a heated pool), fitness room, picnic / bbq area, shuffleboard courts, and a private beach walkway to St. Augustine Beach.

What will my Ocean Village Club vacation rental include?

All of our vacation rentals feature free WiFi, fresh linens, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV with DVR, private patio/balcony, free parking, and more. Choose between oceanfront, ocean views, or picturesque pool views.

Easy Check-In and Check-Out — Coastal Realty makes check-in and check-out a breeze with key pick-up at the property. Just stop by the office when you arrive or depart and you are on your way! Coastal’s office staff at OVC welcomes you to stop in or call Monday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 5 pm, with any questions, comments, or concerns. During Sundays and on evenings, help is available through our main office line at 800-587-2287. We have 24-hour emergency assistance on call as well.

Dedicated Maintenance and Housekeeping — Coastal offers maintenance and housekeeping staff that are dedicated to making your stay comfortable and are available to address any issues that may arise.

How does the rating system work for your condos?

At Ocean Village Club, each condo is given a distinction (location is not a factor), which allows guests to choose a condo that is custom fit to their vacation needs and budget. These are the three ratings:


Premium — Premium vacation rentals offer the discerning guest a first-rate vacation condo at a slightly higher price point. Many have renovated kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring as well as updated decor and furniture.

Prime — Prime vacation rentals offer every amenity that a guest could want in a vacation rental. These are very comfortable condos at a comfortable price!

Value — Value vacation rentals offer guests the best value for their money! Clean and adequately furnished units that leave more of the budget for visiting attractions and dining out!

What is the amount required to confirm a reservation and when is the balance due?

A $250 down payment is required at the time of booking for your reservation to be confirmed. The remaining balance is due 30 days (1 month) from your check-in date. You will receive a reminder e-mail about the balance 30 days from your check-in date.

What other charges are associated with a vacation rental?

Local taxes, check-out cleaning, the reservation fee, pet fee if applicable, and a non-refundable Damage Waiver.

Do your condo rentals include internet service? What about phone service and cable TV?

We have upgraded all of our Ocean Village Club condos to AT&T U-verse giving you FREE WiFi, 280 cable channels w/DVR and free long distance calling to the U.S. and Canada.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-In — 4 pm

Check-Out — 10 am


In order to ensure proper cleaning and preparation of your unit and in consideration of the next guest, please abide by these times. If you are going to arrive after 5pm, a late check-in using a lock box can be arranged for you.

What is the check-in procedure and how do I get my keys?

Coastal Realty offers the convenience of an on-site rental office at Ocean Village Club. You can register, receive your keys, parking permit, and check-in information all at our office located inside the clubhouse.

What is Coastal Realty’s Cancellation Policy?

Are linens included?

Yes, all bath and bed linens are included. Beach towels and chairs are not required to be in the units.
