Ocean Village Club Pet Policy & Restrictions
Ocean Village Club welcomes you and your furry friend to our St Augustine pet-friendly rentals. We know that four-legged friends are a part of your family, and they are welcome to stay in the units approved for pets at Ocean Village Club Condos in St. Augustine. Please read about our policies and procedures, as well as local ordinances and restrictions to consider.
- Only 1 pet allowed per condo. **Strictly Enforced**
- Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, and Chows are not allowed.
- Pets must be registered upon check-in. There is a fee and your pet will receive an OVC tag to wear while on property.
- Only service dogs are permitted in the clubhouse or pool areas.
- All pet droppings must be immediately cleaned up and properly disposed of.
- Dogs and cats must be collared and dogs must be leashed. Cats must be under the control of their owners and may not roam freely. No pet may be left unattended.
