Thank you to everyone that participated in this year’s International Coastal Clean Up! Volunteers were stationed at different beach areas around St. Augustine, and our crew focused on the beaches nearest the properties that we manage. Including OVC!
Despite the drizzly, overcast day, it was a fun event and we are proud to be able to help in the beautification of our community. We also hope that some baby sea turtles will benefit from our efforts when it’s time to hatch!
Apologies to those volunteers that we were unable to get pictures of. Thank you again!

It would be hard to imagine the St. Augustine skyline without the beauty that Flagler College brings. This historical campus, that was once the Ponce de Leon Hotel, is a must see when visiting Historic Downtown St. Augustine.
Over the years, the college has made it onto numerous prestigious lists and now the lovely campus is being recognized. Check out this list of the Top 25 Most Beautiful College Campuses in the Country.
When you stay at Ocean Village Club, or any other Coastal properties, you can purchase your tickets for the Flagler Legacy tour on-site and at a discount!
For more information:
Amid the palm trees and ocean breezes, there are guests other than the people that enjoy the property at Ocean Village Club. The Nanday Parakeet or “Black Hooded Parakeet,” have been spotted all over the grounds in the early morning and late afternoon hours. According to the National Audubon Society, they are Native to South America and fairly common from southeast Bolivia to southwest Brazil & Paraguay and northern Argentina. Yet, released birds have established homes in places like Los Angeles, California, and several areas of Florida. You can hear their sweet tweets, so when you do, make sure you check out these little beauties!
Ocean Village Club staff along with all of Coastal Realty believe in our community and helping to keep St. Augustine one of the best towns in the nation. Our community outreach program “Coastal Cares,” was started as a way to get staff, owner, and guests involved.
We are really excited about some of our upcoming events and invite all our Ocean Village Club friends to join us.
